Bartender – Mr Thomas’s Chop House
Join the bar team at Mr Thomas’s Chop House, a Grade II listed pub in the heart of Manchester, proudly serving great food, drink, and hospitality since 1867. We’re known for our character, history, and warm, professional service.
The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to deliver excellent drinks service in a busy, traditional pub environment. If you’re passionate about great beer, proper pints, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve draught beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks with care and efficiency
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar
- Uphold licensing laws and responsible service standards
- Support the FOH team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bar experience (preferred)
- Confident, reliable, and great with people
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.71-£13.20 per hour
