We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of complex Oracle-enabled transformation programmes. This role combines strong technical delivery management skills with an understanding of emerging AI technologies, helping clients modernise their technology landscape while improving delivery quality, efficiency and predictability through AI-enabled ways of working.

You'll work alongside top-tier consultants from various backgrounds and specialisations, collaborating with prominent private and public sector clients to deliver transformative solutions that modernise their finance functions.
As an Oracle Technical Project Senior Manager in Oracle Delivery Services, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage technical workstreams across Oracle Cloud transformation programmes covering Finance, Supply Chain, Projects and Enterprise Platforms.

Coordinate the delivery of integrations, reporting, data migration, environments, testing, security and deployment activities.

Lead teams of technical specialists, integration consultants and data consultants across programme workstreams.

Partner closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into practical technical delivery plans.

Support delivery governance activities, ensuring alignment to programme objectives, milestones and quality expectations.

Manage technical risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans.

Coordinate technical planning activities across design, build, testing, cutover and deployment phases.

Drive technical quality assurance and support adherence to Deloitte and client delivery standards.

Monitor delivery progress and provide reporting to programme leadership and client stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and automation to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with client technology teams and programme stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Support business development activities, proposals and technical estimations where required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Oracle Delivery Services methodologies, tools and assets.

Coach and support junior technical consultants and delivery team members.
