Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Server/Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing excellent service to our guests during breakfast hours and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the premises. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in hotel hospitality or janitorial services is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right applicant.
Responsibilities
- Serve breakfast to guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Set up breakfast areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and food displays according to organisational standards
- Clear tables and assist with replenishing food supplies during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and staff facilities by performing regular housekeeping duties
- Change bed linen, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and ensure bathrooms are sanitised to high standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel hospitality or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and customer service principles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a busy environment

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
