Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA)
Salary: £25,000 – £29,572 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) + 8% pension
As an IDVA, you will provide specialist advocacy and support to victim-survivors experiencing domestic abuse who are assessed as medium or high risk. You will undertake risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention and multi-agency advocacy, ensuring survivors remain at the centre of all decision-making.
Domestic Abuse Children and Young People’s Practitioner
Salary: £25,000 – £28,163 per annum + 8% pension
This rewarding role involves providing specialist, trauma-informed support to children and young people who have experienced or witnessed domestic abuse. You will work directly with children, families and partner agencies to improve safety, support recovery, build resilience and promote positive emotional wellbeing.
Healthy Relationships Worker – Connect and Respect
Salary: £27,500 per annum (job share and term-time options considered)
Working across schools and community settings, you will deliver engaging programmes that help children and young people understand healthy relationships, personal safety, consent, emotional wellbeing and respect. You will play a vital role in preventing abusive behaviours and supporting positive outcomes for young people.

All roles are based in Accrington, Lancashire, and require flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for most roles.
