We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff/Waitresses to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders efficiently and accurately
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing plates, and resetting areas for new guests
- Follow food safety standards and health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required
