Position: Front of House Team Member (Full time and zero hours)
Shift pattern: Working hours per week within the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Starting from minimum wage

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of during their visit

The Role:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Escort customers to their tables and present menus, making recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate customers' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Uphold company policies and standards, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Some evenings throughout the year as required
About you
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about all we have to offer and provide excellent customer service, whilst wanting to work as part of a close knit team.
You will be customer orientated with the ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant essential
Barista experience extremely disiarable but not essential.
Must be 18 or over due to serving alcohol and some lone working
