About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join Shot Scope’s finance team in an exciting period of international growth. You’ll be working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller.
This role would be perfect for a graduate or a part qualified accountant who is eager to develop fundamental finance skills within a fast-paced and forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase and sales invoices
- Chasing aged debtor balances
- Daily posting of payments to customer accounts
- Assist in stock control and reporting
- Assist in preparation of payment runs
- Assist in preparation of KPI reporting
- Support with external audit queries
- Prepare staff expense runs
- Liaise with Shot Scope’s Logistics and Commercial team with ad-hoc requests
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Ad-hoc tasks as directed by CFO and Financial Controller
Required Skills
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills
- Good collaboration and team work abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly grasp new software, in particular learn accounting system, Xero.
- Comprehensive Excel/Google Sheets skills

Pay: £25,000.00-£39,460.11 per year
