About the role
AVO CLEANING LTD is looking for experienced Casual Cleaners to join our team across London.
We work across a range of properties including residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-end client environments, so we are looking for people who already understand what it means to clean to a high professional standard.
This role is not suitable for beginners. We are specifically looking for cleaners with strong previous experience who can work efficiently, follow standards properly, and maintain a high level of detail without constant supervision.
What you’ll be doing
- General cleaning of assigned properties and sites
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and detailed surface cleaning
- Cleaning kitchens, washrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and other working spaces
- Sanitising high-touch areas and maintaining hygiene standards
- Replenishing consumables and removing waste
- Using company equipment and products correctly and safely
- Following site instructions and company health & safety procedures
- Making sure all work is completed to a consistently high standard
What we’re looking for
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential
- Experience in 4-star / 5-star hotels, luxury apartments, premium residential properties, commercial cleaning, or similar high-standard environments is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends where required
- Basic English communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred qualifications
These are helpful but not essential:
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services
