Shift Pattern: 40 - 48 hours per week, early shift on a Sunday
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Job Description:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a restaurant/ bistro setting
- Assisting Head Chef with all back of house duties
- Managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Sous Chef experience
- Previous restaurant/ bistro experience
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Working within a team
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
