The Role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our national hub team. You’ll be responsible for letting properties as they come to market, dealing with applicants, negotiating lets, and helping to drive the success of a national portfolio – all from our Redhill HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and letting a steady flow of new rental properties across the UK
- Registering applicants, arranging and following up on virtual and physical viewings
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
- Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike
- Working closely with our property management and administration teams to ensure smooth move-ins
- Meeting and exceeding lettings targets to maximise commission earnings
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lettings or a strong sales background (estate agency experience ideal)
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Driven by targets and motivated to earn commission
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with national property stock
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
