As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the people we support receive exceptional clinical care that's tailored to their individual needs.
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, support staff and families, you'll use your clinical expertise to promote health, wellbeing and independence while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
You must hold a current NMC registration and be able to provide evidence of your PIN upon appointment.

Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.

Undertake clinical assessments and reviews.

Safely administer and monitor medication.

Support, supervise and develop care and support staff.

Ensure compliance with professional standards and relevant legislation.

New Court Place, Hertfordshire, is a residential home with nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, plus respite care and services for 16-18 year olds.
Our home is a large accessible building. Our spacious and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with daily nursing care.

Registered Nurse (RGN, RNMH/RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Up-to-date clinical and nursing knowledge.

Minimum of one year's post-registration clinical experience within a care setting.

Experience supporting, supervising and appraising staff.

Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.

Commitment to continuous professional and personal development.

ENB 998 or other recognised practice assessor/training qualification.

Experience working within disability services or specialist care environments.
