Job Opportunity: Supervisor at Trespass in Stow-on-the-Wold
Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for leadership? Trespass, a renowned outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, is seeking a dedicated and capable Supervisor to join our team in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Contracted Hours – 24 hours
Please note: This role will require the successful candidate being able to work:
Wednesday = 10:15 – 17:15
Thursday – Saturday = 08:45 – 17:15
Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in our management structure, providing essential support to both staff and upper management. Your responsibilities will include:
· Driving Sales and Profit: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance sales performance and overall profitability.
· Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by assisting shoppers and addressing their needs.
· Merchandising: Contribute to effective product displays and visual merchandising.
· Stock Control: Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels and inventory organisation.
· Store Setup: Help set up the store for maximum business efficiency.
Requirements:
· Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably at a management level.
· Merchandising Skills: Familiarity with effective merchandising practices.
· Team Player: Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
· Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and business demands.
