Criterion Capital is seeking a driven and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a major fit-out project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming a commercial space into a high-quality hotel development.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site management and coordinate labour and subcontractors

Drive programme delivery, taking corrective action where required

Liaise with contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors throughout the construction phase

Represent the company at external meetings

Monitor progress against key milestones and provide regular reporting

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Motivate and manage site teams to maximise productivity

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and all statutory requirements
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully managing construction sites

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, design, and defect prevention

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Experience in residential or hotel conversion projects (highly desirable)

Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
