Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items in accordance with company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or drive-thru, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store, including food preparation areas, seating areas, and equipment.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.
- Upsell products to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach.
- Follow food safety regulations diligently to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as required, including cleaning and stock checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, or early mornings as needed.
- A genuine interest in food service and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
