Job Summary
The Therapeutic Intervention Lead is a vital role responsible for overseeing and delivering specialised therapeutic programmes tailored to individual client needs. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate therapeutic interventions, ensuring they are personalised and goal-oriented.

- Monitor client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to optimise outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, families, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and care plans using IT systems.
- Organise training sessions for staff on new therapeutic techniques or updates to protocols.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions within a clinical or community setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care management and documentation.
- Experience in developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential; however, a proactive approach to team support is required.
- Knowledge of current best practices in therapeutic interventions and mental health support services is highly advantageous.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
