Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to guarantee guest comfort.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special requests from guests related to housekeeping needs with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of room status updates and cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
- Prior hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning services is advantageous, showcasing strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude towards guest interactions.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
