Trailer Happiness is a busy and vibrant rum & tiki cocktail bar on Portobello Road. We’re looking for friendly, energetic and reliable Waiters / Waitresses to join our team.
The Role
- Deliver great, friendly service and create a memorable guest experience.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and look after your tables.
- Work closely with the bar and floor team during busy services.
- Keep tables and service areas clean, organised and well presented.
- Handle payments and support the smooth running of the venue.
We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or table-service experience preferred, but not essential.
- Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with guests.
- Able to stay calm and organised during busy services.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- An interest in cocktails, rum or hospitality is a bonus.
