What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and driving the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused dental practice.
- Managing budgets, billing, and financial reporting to keep the practice running smoothly.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for a talented team.
- Creating and refining policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Building a positive, supportive work culture that encourages growth and teamwork.
- Ensuring exceptional patient experiences through clear communication and responsive care.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating supply orders to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Partnering with dental professionals to uphold the highest standards of clinical care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a dental practice.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and accounting.
- HR expertise, especially in recruitment and employee relations.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Clear and confident communication skills — with both patients and staff.
- A genuine commitment to delivering top-tier patient care.

Pay negotiable + Quarterly performance based bonus
