About This Role
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Bank Team, supporting children and young people with complex care needs across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
As a Bank Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people in the comfort of their own homes, supporting those living with complex, long-term or life-limiting conditions. You’ll use your clinical expertise to deliver safe, responsive care while helping each individual maintain their comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex clinical healthcare needs is essential.
The specific clinical competencies required for our clients are:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation management
- PEG/JEJ care
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Have a minimum of 12 months’ post-registration clinical experience working with children.
- Have the right to work in the UK.*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to vehicle.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
