As we continue to grow, we are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Property Manager to join us at our prestigious office in Mayfair, London.
You will collaborate with a skilled and experienced team, leveraging your expertise in residential block management to oversee a portfolio of properties and deliver outstanding client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively managing a diverse portfolio of apartment blocks
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
- Organising and attending client and resident meetings regularly, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Directors’ meetings
- Liaising with customers and clients to ensure high service standards
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance works
- Using active listening and negotiation skills to resolve issues
- Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring timely service charge collection and accurate financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, lease requirements, and company policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholders
- Demonstrating ambition, resilience, and analytical thinking.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience in property management and possess a full, clean driving license to facilitate regular travel for client and resident meetings. You should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and achieving results.
The ideal candidate:
- Holds an ATPI or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Showcases a proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling complex property matters
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Has the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required

Salary: Competitive with an annual review
