We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Estimator and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role combines the expertise of accurate project estimation with proactive sales coordination, ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive project estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine accurate costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop competitive bids that align with project budgets and goals.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through proposal submission, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain detailed records of all estimates, proposals, and client interactions to support ongoing sales efforts.
- Monitor project costs throughout execution to ensure adherence to budgets, implementing cost control measures as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure resources efficiently.
- Assist in developing strategic sales plans to expand market reach and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project estimation within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and techniques to manage project budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams confidently.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents accurately.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise estimates and documentation.
- Proficiency in estimating software tools and Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
