We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to join our Company. You will be working across 3 sites which are all located within walking distance of each other.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine health and safety checks across the home.
- Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and safely.
- Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained.
- Monitor and record compliance checks, reporting any issues identified.
- Liaise with external contractors when required.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- A positive, proactive, and dependable approach.
- Experience of basic plumbing, carpentry and electrics would be an advantage but are not essential
Pay: From £16.15 per hour
