An accuracy checking technician works as part of the pharmacy team and can be involved in any of the activities involved in providing services to patients – managing, assembling and supplying medicines as well as providing advisory healthcare services to patients.
As a valued member of our team within the community, you will help ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service on a daily basis.
As an Accredited Checking Technician, you will quickly become an integral part of the pharmacy team, with both our staff and patients relying on you to offer excellent service, healthcare, and advice.
Candidates must possess excellent customer service and accuracy skills, as well as motivation and drive to improve patient care.
We will only be able to consider candidates who hold an NVQ 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent) and have completed your ACT qualification for checking 1500 items.
The pay rate will depend on experience.
