Lead the Team and Keep Our Events Running Smoothly!
We're looking for confident, hands-on Event Supervisors to lead our teams across a busy summer season of events, with ongoing work supporting football and rugby fixtures into the autumn and winter. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role — you'll need to be willing to get stuck in alongside your team, not just direct from the sidelines. Our events take place at venues right across the UK, so you'll travel to site using company-provided transport.
Your Role
As an Event Supervisor, you'll take the lead on-site, making sure operations run safely, smoothly, and to a high standard, including:
- Supervising and briefing a team of event staff (parking assistants, drivers, traffic marshals) on-site
- Leading by example — getting stuck in and working alongside the team, not just overseeing
- Driving and manoeuvring event vehicles as required
- Overseeing traffic management operations and resolving issues as they arise
- Coordinating the setting out and collection of signage, cones, and barriers
- Acting as the first point of contact for client or site management queries
- Monitoring staff performance, welfare, and breaks throughout the shift
- Providing excellent, hands-on customer service alongside the team
- Responding calmly and professionally to incidents, complaints, or unexpected issues
- Completing any required paperwork, incident reports, or briefing/debriefing duties
- Working across a variety of event types and venues across the UK, from summer festivals and outdoor events to football and rugby matchdays
What We're Looking For
- Must be aged 21 or over
- Full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong leadership skills — confident briefing, motivating, and managing a team on-site
- Excellent customer service skills — friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Hands-on and physically fit — happy to get stuck in with the team, not just supervise from a distance
- Able to lift and carry signage, cones, and barriers, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Confident decision-maker who can think on their feet and take ownership of problems
- Willing and able to travel to event sites across the UK (company transport provided)
- Reliable, flexible, and happy to work outdoors in all weather
- Available to work across a range of event dates throughout the summer, with ongoing availability for football and rugby fixtures a bonus
