Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly.
- Process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Follow health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations) is an asset.
