Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for providing support to the manager with leadership, quality, and compliance of our residential service. You will:
- Provide strong, person-centred leadership to your team, promoting a culture of empowerment and accountability.
- Ensure CQC compliance and maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and documentation.
- Lead by example, inspiring a motivated team that delivers exceptional support and positive outcomes.
- Support the manager with all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, training, supervision, and rota management.
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and personalised support packages.
- Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and commissioners to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the service.
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced, compassionate leader who understands what it takes to manage an outstanding residential service.
Essential:
- At least 2 years’ management or supervisory experience within mental health, learning disability, or complex care settings.
- Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
- A passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement.

Additional Information
- Full-time, permanent role with early, late, and weekend cover as required.
