About the Role
Heera Diamonds is a rapidly growing, luxury fine jewellery brand with a strong focus on craftsmanship, ethics, and modern design. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven E-commerce and PR Manager to lead our online growth and public relations strategy.
This is a pivotal role that combines digital commerce with brand storytelling. You will be responsible for driving online revenue while elevating our brand presence across traditional and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce:
- Manage and optimise our Shopify website, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue growth Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social commerce) Analyse performance data and implement improvements to maximise online sales Manage product listings, photography, and content for the web store Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Public Relations & Brand:
- Build and maintain strong media relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and bridal publications Create and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and influencer collaborations Manage brand reputation and crisis communications Organise and promote events, trunk shows, and pop-ups Develop compelling brand storytelling across all channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in E-commerce management (ideally in jewellery, fashion or luxury) Strong PR and media relations experience Excellent digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) Creative with outstanding written and verbal communication skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities Passion for jewellery and luxury branding Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
