Leda Group is partnering with a leading UK construction and infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced Bid Manager to join their high-performing work-winning team.

The Role
As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, leading submissions for high-value opportunities across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with operational, commercial and technical stakeholders, you will develop compelling, customer-focused proposals that differentiate the business and maximise win rates.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping bid strategy, managing tender programmes and ensuring submissions are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete bid lifecycle from PQQ through to final submission.
- Develop winning bid strategies aligned to client requirements and business objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality, compliant submissions.
- Facilitate bid workshops, storyboarding sessions and review meetings.
- Write, edit and enhance persuasive bid content and executive summaries.
- Analyse customer requirements, competitor positioning and market intelligence.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and bid performance reviews.
- Maintain bid governance, compliance and quality assurance processes.
About You
- Proven experience in a Bid Manager role within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a related sector.
- Demonstrable track record of winning work and successfully converting opportunities into secured contracts.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of public and private sector procurement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written communication and proposal development capability.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Pay: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
