Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as an active primary engager and point of contact for our diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help foster long-term relationships, promote customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for customer value-adds.
Duties
- Manage early post-onboarding customer satisfaction and act as a touch point for accounts, proactively encouraging engagement from our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalised support and guidance throughout their journey
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and address any concerns promptly
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally via calls, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Analyse customer data to identify patterns, opportunities for upselling, and areas for service improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote relevant products or services that enhance customer value
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
Experience
- Experience can be hard, this may be your first role- we're here to help with that- and are light on these experience requirements. Your interest, passion and drive mean more to us.
- Preferred but not required: experience in sales and or customer facing roles, an understanding of social media and the creator economy, experience in outcome-oriented roles, i.e. sales and or commission-based setups.

Pay: £700.00-£900.00 per month
