Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reception/Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic GP surgery environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and IT skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient based support. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient reception service and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support in various roles.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy using various software applications.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with patients face to face.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
