The role of Part Time HR Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees
- Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations
The ideal Part Time HR Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for multitasking
- Can commute to Nottingham
