Job Overview
W.B. Griffiths & Son Ltd are looking for a reliable and motivated Part 2 Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a variety of construction projects, supporting the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Work as part of our Scaffolding Division on live construction sites
- Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
- Carry out inspections and report any defects or issues
- Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site teams
Requirements
- CISRS Part 2 Scaffolding qualification
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous scaffolding experience essential
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work at height and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- HGV Licence (Preferable but not essential)
