What we’re looking for:
- A level 2 or level 3 qualification in Childcare
- A passion for early years education and child development
- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Every day will be different and you will follow children's interests, creating opportunities for them to build on their understanding of the world around them and creating moments of awe and wonder throughout each day.
We understand the importance of outdoor play and the children at our setting spend lots of time outside each day in our purpose built gardens. We also run a Forest School program and run weekly sessions, walking to a local woodland area led by our Forest School Leader. The children thrive in this environment, enjoying the freedom to climb trees, cook on an open fire, explore nature and play in a stream, fostering holistic development and increasing confidence and resilience through supported risk-taking.
