The Role
Working within our specialist workshop and on-site installation team, you will be involved throughout the entire build process, including:
- Manufacturing bespoke cabinetry, feature wall systems, acoustic panelling and luxury home cinema interiors.
- High-end joinery using veneers, hardwoods, laminates, solid surface materials and premium finishes.
- Fabricating and upholstering acoustic wall and ceiling panels with exceptional attention to detail.
- Operating CNC machinery and working from CAD-generated production drawings.
- Assembling, finishing and quality checking bespoke components.
- Installing completed projects in high-value residential properties throughout the UK.
- Collaborating with project managers, designers and other specialist trades to deliver seamless installations.
- Maintaining the exceptional standards our reputation has been built upon.
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience in high-end bespoke joinery or cabinet making.
- Excellent woodworking, assembly and finishing skills.
- Upholstery experience, including fabric wrapping and acoustic panel construction.
- Experience operating CNC machinery in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience carrying out high-quality on-site installations.
- A strong understanding of building interior construction, including timber and metal stud systems, plasterboard construction, fixing methods, acoustic detailing and coordination with other construction trades.
- Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings and manufacturing information.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and a practical approach on site.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A commitment to exceptional workmanship and continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within luxury residential interiors.
- Knowledge of home cinema or audio-visual installations.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Spray finishing or specialist decorative finishing experience.
- CSCS card or other relevant site qualifications.
Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
