We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be making a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing support, comfort, and high-quality care throughout the night. What you’ll do
- Support residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Be a friendly companion and offer emotional support
- Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, ensuring residents feel secure overnight
What we’re looking for
- A warm, compassionate, and patient nature
- Great communication and people skills
- Confidence with basic IT for recording and documentation
- Team player who can also manage tasks independently
- Awareness of care home standards and procedures
- Good at staying organised and managing your time well
