Multi Trades Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established landscaping company to recruit 2 Landscape Operatives to join their growing team working across the Milton Keynes and Oxford areas for a permanent role.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced landscaping professionals looking for long-term work with an established and reputable company. You will be involved in a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, helping to deliver high-quality projects to a professional standard.
Key Duties
- Turfing and planting
- General grounds maintenance
- Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors
- Working efficiently to meet project targets and deadlines
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe working environment in line with health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
- Reporting any issues or concerns clearly and professionally
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 years' landscaping experience
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 4:30pm
