In schools, we provide structured after-school clubs and lunchtime sessions that give children a positive, active outlet during the day. Our programmes help reduce playground issues, increase participation, and give schools a reliable, well-run sports offer.
Outside of school, our holiday camps bring together a wide range of sports and activities, designed to keep children active, engaged, and enjoying their time off.

Our Coaches
Our coaches are passionate, good with children, and trusted by schools.
They understand how to manage groups, communicate clearly, and create an environment where children feel comfortable, included, and engaged.
The role of a LaunchPad coach isn’t one-dimensional. In a single session, they might be:
- A coach developing skills and understanding
- A teacher explaining and guiding
- A commentator bringing energy to the game
- A cheerleader building confidence
- A goalkeeper jumping in when needed
- A referee managing the game fairly
- And a fan celebrating the children’s efforts
That balance is what makes sessions work. It’s not about performance—it’s about presence, awareness, and connection.
Who Our Coaches Are
Our coaches come from a range of backgrounds, including:
- Qualified football coaches
- Grassroots and volunteer coaches
- PE teachers and school staff
- University students and graduates in sport
- Individuals with experience working with children in other settings
What matters most is not the pathway, it’s the ability to work with children, take responsibility, and deliver sessions that schools can rely on.
