Call Centre Agents – Full Time & Part Time Positions Available
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing Call Centre team.
This role would suit someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with customers and working as part of a team. Previous call centre experience is helpful but not essential for the right candidate.

The Role
As a Call Centre Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with customer enquiries, and provide information on products and services while delivering a professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers over the phone
- Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Promoting products and services where appropriate
- Keeping accurate customer records
- Following data protection and confidentiality procedures

Working Hours
Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am and 9:00pm, including weekdays and weekends on a rota basis.

Pay: £12.75 per hour
