We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Full-Time & Part-Time Bar Staff to join the team for the launch of our exciting new Irish pub opening at the end of August.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from day one. Our vision is to create a warm, welcoming Irish pub where great hospitality comes first, with a strong focus on live sport, quality food, perfectly poured pints, and a lively late-night atmosphere. We're looking for people who enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment and take pride in making every guest feel at home.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve drinks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the till system.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all licensing and food safety procedures.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming pub environment.
- Assist with table service and clearing during busy periods when required.
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Support colleagues during busy sporting events, weekends and peak trading periods.
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
