What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to potential business clients (B2B)
- Building relationships and understanding client needs
- Promoting our payroll and compliance solutions
- Managing your pipeline using our CRM system
- Achieving realistic weekly and monthly sales targets
- Re-engaging past leads and nurturing long-term relationships

- Are confident speaking to people on the phone
- Have good organisational and time-management skills
- Are motivated and eager to earn based on performance

Requirements
- Previous telesales or sales experience is beneficial (not essential)
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
