We are looking for experienced self-employed ceiling fixers and dryliners, ideally 1 or 2-man teams, to join our subcontract labour network for upcoming commercial and secure-site projects in London and surrounding areas.
We undertake works across a range of commercial, government and secure environments, including projects where additional site security and background checks may be required.
Typical works include:
- Metal stud partitions
- Drylining and plasterboarding
- MF ceilings
- Suspended / grid ceilings
- Acoustic ceilings
- Fire-rated ceiling and partition systems
- Insulation
- Specialist commercial fit-out works
We are looking for:
- Experienced self-employed ceiling fixers / dryliners
- Individuals or 1–2 man teams
- Valid CSCS cards
- Own tools and transport
- Good standard of workmanship
- Reliable and professional
- Able to provide references / previous work history
- Able and willing to undergo security vetting/background checks where required
Most opportunities will be based within the London region, although some projects may require travel to other areas of the UK and occasional working away. This will be discussed and agreed before each project.
Previous experience working on MOD, defence, police, government or other secure sites would be an advantage, but is not essential.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with reliable subcontractors who we can offer ongoing project opportunities as works become available.
Competitive subcontract rates depending on project, trade and experience.
