Key Requirements (Essential)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
- Strong practical grounds maintenance and landscaping skills
- Good plant knowledge and understanding of soft landscaping
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and to high standards
- Positive attitude with good teamwork skills

Due to continued growth, we are looking for hardworking and motivated Operatives to join our expanding team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance and landscaping projects.

The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will support the delivery of landscaping and maintenance works across a variety of sites. You will work as part of a team to ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out grounds maintenance operations on commercial and residential sites
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general site maintenance
- Planting shrubs, trees, and soft landscaping in line with site plans
- Supporting landscaping installations and seasonal works
- Using landscaping tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
- Following health & safety procedures on-site
- Working effectively as part of a team
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
- Experience within landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
- Good practical skills and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail
Desirable
- CSCS Card
- PA1 & PA6 Certificates
- Level 2 qualification in Horticulture or related discipline
- Full UK Driving Licence

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
