Job Overview
Legend Parking is looking for reliable and motivated Mobile Parking Attendants to patrol multiple private sites and issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to unauthorised vehicles in line with site rules and company procedures.
This is a field-based role suited to individuals who are comfortable working independently, travelling between sites, and using a smartphone-based enforcement system.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned private land sites on scheduled or flexible routes
- Identify vehicles in breach of site parking terms
- Capture photographic evidence using company app
- Accurately record vehicle registration, location, date, and time
- Upload evidence and issue PCNs digitally
- Check signage and report damaged or missing signs
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Provide basic site feedback to management
What We’re Looking For
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Good attention to detail
- Confident working alone
- Basic IT skills
- No previous experience required (full training provided)

Additional Information
This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. You must be comfortable walking, standing, and driving between locations.
