Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for Class 2 drivers available to start immediately for a temp-to-perm role based in Sherburn in Elmet
Role:
Delivering goods on cages
Light handball
- Monday to Friday
- Every other Saturday required
- Weekend overtime availability
- Days: £15 - £18.50 per hour
- Weekends: £17 -£23 per hour
- Ongoing Training & Support
Requirements:
- HGV Class 2 Licence (held for at least 2 years)
- Tachograph: Minimum of 60 days driving experience recorded
- Valid CPC Certification
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Clear Employment History for the last 5 years (no gaps)
Job Responsibilities:
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your role is crucial to the safe and efficient transport of goods. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Loading and unloading cargo securely
- Adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and driving hours
- Effective communication with dispatchers and clients
- Representing the client professionally at all times
