Due to continued growth and success, we’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the Antrobus Arms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes
- Contribute creative ideas for menus and daily specials
- Support ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Help maintain a positive, efficient, and safe kitchen environment
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Collaborate with Front of House to ensure excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ professional kitchen experience
- At least 1 year as a Chef de Partie
- Professional cookery qualifications
- Food Safety Level 2 certification
- Passion for food, teamwork, and high standards
- A drive to be part of a kitchen aiming for AA Rosette-level standards
