Job description
You will be working on a large scale new build residential project carrying out QA audits of the M&E services within residential apartments using Fieldview to complete the audits and Bluebeam/Site Audit Pro to compile any internal snag sheets.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Project Management Team and will be required to upload weekly H&S returns via Asite.
M&E knowledge of apartment fit out is essential, applicants must have either mechanical or electrical knowledge and be computer literate the role would suit someone already carrying out this role or looking to move off the tools.
Long run of work for the right person. Training will be provided on all software’s and M&E Systems to be audited.
CSCS card is essential.
Working Hours 7:30-4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
