About the Role
Bennett Hay is seeking a polished, professional, and proactive Corporate Hospitality Assistant to join a prestigious international law firm in London.
Working within a premium corporate environment, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for clients, visitors, senior stakeholders, and colleagues. From preparing meeting rooms and coordinating catering to welcoming high-profile guests and supporting meetings and events, you will help ensure consistently high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support clients, visitors, senior stakeholders, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms to an impeccable standard.
- Deliver refreshments, catering, and hospitality services with excellent attention to detail.
- Coordinate hospitality requirements for meetings, events, and client engagements.
- Assist with the smooth running of hospitality services across the workplace.
- Manage bookings, stock, supplies, and deliveries.
- Respond confidently and professionally to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
- Maintain consistently high standards of presentation, service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and service partners to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when supporting senior executives and international clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally, experience within a premium hospitality or corporate environment.
- Experience in a high-end hospitality setting such as a corporate workplace, law firm, financial institution, luxury hotel, private members' club, or similar premium environment would be advantageous.
- Professional, confident, and highly presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives, clients, and international visitors.
- Proactive, organised, discreet, and solutions-focused.
- Able to remain calm and adaptable when priorities change.
- A positive and team-focused approach to work.
