We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead our stunning 62-bed purpose-built nursing and dementia home in Plumstead.
As the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the home achieves excellence in quality, compliance, occupancy and team engagement.

Previous experience as a Home Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for the next step

Strong clinical leadership with experience in nursing and dementia care

Registered Nurse qualification is desirable, but not essential

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards

A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, occupancy and performance

Providing visible, compassionate leadership across the home

Leading and supporting a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care

Driving continuous improvement, quality assurance and regulatory compliance

Creating a positive culture where residents, relatives and colleagues feel valued

Managing the home's financial performance, occupancy and overall operations

Working closely with senior leaders to continue developing this growing service
