Accord Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy and well-established commercial vehicle workshop in Gateshead / Newcastle (NE11).

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible shift patterns available
- Overtime available depending on workload
The Role
- Service, maintain, and repair HGVs
- Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Accurately update service records and job sheets
- Work safely and effectively to workshop deadlines
About You
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician, LGV Technician, Truck Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) is essential
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Good mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
