Milk & Honey Coffee Shop is seeking a passionate team player to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the hospitality industry and have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating a memorable experience for our customers. Day-to-day operations of the coffee shop are important, you will ensure of efficient service while helping to drive growth and innovation. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for supervising staff, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.
This is a full time role offering an average of 32hrs p/w
You must have a thorough understanding of food safety and environmental health regulations.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or hotels.
- Strong background in food production and culinary practices is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
